Daily Check in 04/19

I hope it's okay I start things off... It's 5:56 am and I have just finished my workout this morning.

This morning was Drill Max Cardio Blast only. Not enough time as I have to be in work early. I haven't done this workout for about 6+ weeks and my heart rate did not get as high as it used to (high enough just not through the roof). Maybe all this extra cardio I've been doing lately is helping my endurance. hmmmph!

It's still so cold here! Snowing again yesterday.

Today is a cardio day for me...I think I'll do Athletic Step.

Good morning. Its cardio for me Today. Maybe I will do IMAX 2.

Hi ladies,

Sorry, I missed you all yesterday. DH had to make a trip to his doctor at the Cleveland Clinic and it became more involved than I would have liked..

I did workout, though.

Yesterday was Rob's Amazing Strength workout
Today was Robs Amazing Cardio Combo - Step, and then Amy's Ab section 1.

Hang in there everyone, it is a short week!!
