Good Morning Everyone!

I'm getting ready to walk with my Dh.....on Sunday mornings we try to walk to the store for a paper. Good walk ....we have to climb what my kids call "death hill" on the way home, so it really gets the heart pumping!!
All our neighbors stop when they see us walking it,and offer us a ride home. They must all think our car broke down or something, because I never see anyone else walking up this hill ! lol
Later I will do S&H legs & shoulders, and abs from something, haven't decided yet!

Hi Sparrow, Becky and everyone who will post later.Sparrow I hope you will have the time to ride the bike. Enjoy BC.Becky enjoy your walk and your workout. I love my Cathe's workouts but I want to follow all the steps of the P90X rotation.I have done PLYO X . I have done yet a few P90X workouts (today is the second day of the week 2) and PLYO X is my favorite. It is a brutal workout. If you can't buy the whole package PLYO X is one of my recommendations.Have a great Sunday everybody.Now I am going to see the France's FORMULA 1 race. I am a Fernando Alonso's fan. He is spanish like me.

Good Morning Mariangeles,

I am glad to hear that you like P90x, Plyo X is a good workout, but I sometimes get bored with it and substitute with Imax 3, I miss working out with Cathe, and Kenpo with KPC, but I do all of the weight workouts. I am starting week number 9, my chest is popping out from all of the push ups, I have gain weight, I hope that is muscle since I have been eating clean, I definately looked more toned and muscular. I have not follow the eating plan, I think I eat very clean for the most part, I take a day off every now and then to enjoy life.
BTW, my boyfriend is also afraid that I will become a woman that looks like man, he has no idea how hard that would be. He thinks that I traine like a man too. Today is a rest day for me, but maybe I will go for a hyke.

Mariangeles - great w/o as usual for you. Hope you have fun at the races.

Sparrow - I hope you get your bike ride in.

Becky - it is so nice that DH walks with you. A little together time with the exercise time.

Logos - rest day is sometimes my favorite day! Have a good one.

Yesterday was a 5.5 mile run plus 1 mile with my warm up and cool down and it was soooo nice. I used the treadmill here at the hotel.

Today we are going home. While DH takes care of wrapping things up at the showgrounds, I think I'll try to get a StretchMax and maybe a CoreMax. DD and I may take a walk this afternoon to catch up on what went on in each other's weekend. You know, it is so nice to have your DD as your best friend.

Mariángeles, PlyoX was one of my favorites from P90X also. I didn't do KenpoX all the time either but subbed one of Cathe's or Billy Blanks kickbox instead.

Sparrow...have fun with BC!

Becky...I think thats great you all take a walk on Sundays. And to conquer Death hill!!!

Logos...I bet you look great with the P90X results so far.

Jane...you did great on the treadmill yesterday...thanks, I'll have to change my fireworks on Tues I think...:)

I am doing a 12-14 mile run today. It'll be hot, so I need to drink lots of water before...

Today for me will be LowMax and then some ab work. I woke up with DOMS in my arms and back as I upped all my weights in MM yesterday - feels great!

Tammy - I'm SO JEALOUS of your DOMS! My BF actually said to me this morning "maybe you have some mystical power that prevents you from getting DOMS". I think I definitely need some harder weight workouts.

I got up this morning and went for a beautiful run along the edge of the escarpment and then down through the woods and back up the stairs (358 of them!). Later I'm doing Gardenmax and then Musclemax.

It's a gorgeous Sunday and my workout is done. I doooo love stepping so I combined Step and Intervals with Step Blast Combo 3 and Challenge. It was fun. I'm working on new yoga stuff for the gym so I did that for about 30 minutes after. When I finished my daughter said I looked like someone threw a bucket of water on me. I feel terrific, my ankle is 95% better. That last 5% keeps me humble:)

We'll putt around the house and yard today and this afternoon there's an open house at a place I've admired for a long time, we'll go and see how the other half lives:p .

Mariangeles, I don't have P90X but PlyoX just sounds challenging!

Sparrow, I haven't done BC as is in a while, maybe this week I'll do it.

Becky, did you survive Death Hill? My thighs are burning just reading about it.

Logos, it's so true that people think it's easy for women to bulk up. At the gym so many women are afraid of truly challenging weights for fear of bulk, I wish it were that easy, I've worked sooooo hard for every cut and curve in my arms and legs!!!

Jane, enjoy your walk with DD, I feel so extremely blessed to have daughters:) We really 'get' each other (most of the time :p )

Carole, that's a good long run especially in such heat!!! Enjoy!

Tammy congrats on beefing up your weights on MM, awesome!!! Savour the DOMS, you've earned it!:)

Shelley, what a great start to the day, nothing like running stairs to lift the booty!!!

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was KPC and Power Hour. Went for 4 mile walk with son and hubby right after KPC...butt was burning. LOL! Hubby and I were sprinting for about 3 minutes. Longest I have ever gone. Hubby was not going to let me pass him so he passed me, but then I passed him! LOL! It was alot of fun.

Today I ran again this morning. So much fun yesterday so I had to do it again. Went for a 2 mile fast walk, jog and sprint. Suppose to be my rest day so going to the pool later.

Hello everyone-Looks like a lot of you got up early this sunday. I always forget there is a time difference though. I slept in until 9 as I didn't sleep much on friday night. Looks like some great workouts so far today here! I will be doing a full body weight workout and a run today. I am in no hurry to get started today :) I had the same problem yesterday too and it was after 11 pm when I finished my upperbody workout. What a way to spend a saturday night!! I think I need a life...:)

Just came back from 2 days at Cedarpoint, where my workouts consisted mainly of Coastermax and SoakCitymax. Great time, great place to visit!

Got back yesterday and did RS immediately, just because I had to get my Cathe fix.
Today was ME. I really think that one is just as hard as MM on some days.

Good day, all, what's left of it!

Still working on B-Jock's Blast from the Past rotation. I read another thread where people are having some motivation issues, including Ms. Jock herself. All I can recommend is to follow one her rotations. It mixes things up so well and is so challenging, that I can't wait to see what's next, and if I can get through it! My motivation has soared! It doesn't hurt that it is summer, so I'm dripping 10 minutes into it. For some reason I love that.

Yesterday I did Step Blast (aptly named, SO much fun), S&H planks, and PP upper body.

Today I did IMAX 1 w/u, ME lower body premix and HSTA cardio only twice.

Just finished my upper body workout. I string together all the upper body w/o's on my TimeSaver DVD from the Body Blast Series (the only DVD I have from that series). It was a 50 minute workout. I used the stretch from PUB. I didn't burn as many calories as I do on PUB.

I started today with upper body because I was going to try to follow the fat loss/definition rotation of July '03 and it called for CTX Upper body so I just substituted. Tomorrow is rest day for me as I clean on Mondays so I just switched days. I am, however, already rebelling again the rotation and it is only day one. I don't like the line up for this week. Why did I even think for one minute that I could follow a rotation?

Hey all you fit ladies!! Ive been somewhat of a lurker here for awhile and all of you are so cool that I decided I would join the daily check in for extra motivation and such. My name is Christina and Ive been working out with Cathe for about 6 months...and ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER! (Which I know all you do too). Anyways, today I did Cardio & Weights with the Kick Max leg conditioning drills to get some extra toning. A little bit of a lighter cardio day for me...but still a great workout. Hope everyone has been having a great day.
