It's a gorgeous Sunday and my workout is done. I doooo love stepping so I combined Step and Intervals with Step Blast Combo 3 and Challenge. It was fun. I'm working on new yoga stuff for the gym so I did that for about 30 minutes after. When I finished my daughter said I looked like someone threw a bucket of water on me. I feel terrific, my ankle is 95% better. That last 5% keeps me humble
We'll putt around the house and yard today and this afternoon there's an open house at a place I've admired for a long time, we'll go and see how the other half lives

Logos, it's so true that people think it's easy for women to bulk up. At the gym so many women are afraid of truly challenging weights for fear of bulk, I wish it were that easy, I've worked sooooo hard for every cut and curve in my arms and legs!!!
