They ARE cute - but in watching the YouTube clips - I get annoyed watching them cuz they use such horrible form when lifting...

I agree, though, that their form sometimes is really lacking. I did Plyo Legs disc 32 this morning just to play with it and at one point, one of the guys was using like an 8# db while the ladies had.....15 or 20! LOL

But they're so easy on the eyes!

And they often look uncomfortable, or like they're posing.
I much prefer the regular crew (and one of the new women).
I've frankly never been impressed with any of the men Cathe has had in her workouts. Either awkward movers, or not my type of eye candy, or both!
