Cyndie,You always post such informative posts. I always enjoy reading them. Since, you are a personal trainer I was wondering if you could help me out?

I have 70lbs to lose and I am doing the ctx tapes. Could you give me an example of what you would consider a 1300 calorie healthy meal plan, w/5 small meals. If this is to much trouble I understand. I just wonder how to portion these mini meal and what should be in them. An example of a 1300cal day would help.


Anyones input would help tremendously.

I have a really good diet program that will help me figure out calories as well as fat, carb, and protein content. I will work on it tomorrow and post within a day or two.

I came up with a day of meals but I could not in good conscience do anything less than 1500 calories. Even then, it is still low in calcium, zinc, iron, and other nutrients. It will take some time to type in all the foods, amounts, and other info. I will post it tomorrow when I have more time.
