"Cutting Up"

Quick question for the educated crowd.....After doing a S&H rotation, followed by TTArms, followed by Cathes MIS/PH rotation, I am looking for something different. I definately have built muscle and feel strong, though still long for a leaner look. I want to cut up and thought circuit training might be the answer. I searched the forum, but ended up more confused. in one post I read that circuit max can be done the day after an upper body workout because the weight used in CM is so light. (?) Can CM be used as an alternate to traditional weight triaing in a rotation? Do you hit all the muscles? If not, where exactly do you fit it in? And does anyone have any recommendations for a video? Any advice or ideas would be appreciated.

I'm no expert here, but when I do Cirsuit Max. I follow the next day with cardio and abs only. If the weights are too light (in CM), then I increase them. I use mostly what Cathe does, but if I feel energetic, I will go heavier. There fore, the next day is NOT a lifting day for me.

Some people don't even do the uppe body parts of CM. That would be a diffrent situation.
Take time to enjoy those who matter most to you & do all things in moderation :)
