Culinary Class next Thursday

Making Gnocchi and Risotto in a 3 hour class taught by a regional Chef...Excited and thrilled to try something new. Another reason to workout..

Once I'm fully finished with school in March those are my next steps, to take some cooking classes.

I know how to cook just don't know what to make anymore or what I want to eat.

Can you send me some risotto is sooooooooo good

Funny, I just finished all my schooling end of July (MBA and 6S). All that learning makes a person hungry. From my friends, I'm getting lots of requests for the Risotto.

There is a cooking school I found out about, and turns out they have one pretty close to me. I think it's by Viking. I have been meaning to sign up for one of the weekend classes. I was really interested in the fish/seafood classes, I'm not very versed in cooking fish, but would like to start making it more. I did make mussels for the first time recently, those were easy. I also want to take their "steakhouse" meal course.

I took a few cooking classes at our local (and very popular) Community College and LOVED it! I took classes for Christmas Cookies (yummy KIFFLES), Hungarian Dishes (think halupkies, goulashes, cabbage rolls, lol), Pastry, and a few others. Not for credit or a degree, just TO COOK! ENJOY!

This supermarket (high-end) chain offers cooking classes for kids too.
Gayle, I would like to see your Hungarian recipe for Goulash. Lots of variations to that recipe. My Grandmother taught me how to make it from the old country.
One more week for the class.

I'm taking a class in a few weeks - sweet and savory holiday desserts. CAN'T WAIT. I took some culinary classes as part of the pastry chef program at our local community college several years ago. It was so much fun (but very bad for the waistline). I love cooking classes.
