Oh my favorite is step & intervals too!! But I also love Powercircuit!! They are all good enjoy Anne!!!!!

My favorite is Power Circuit, second would be 10,10,10 and third would be Step & Intervals. If you use Power Circuit it is is lower circuits and back. Also there is leaner legs. Not sure if you were looking for mainly the cardio or a specific body part. This is a really versatile set. All of the upper segments are on the Leaner legs dvd so you can do a upper lower split and cardios.

If you are planning to do a rotation with these, it makes most sense to start with circuit (back), then go to chest, legs, shoulders, biceps, triceps.

A caution: watch how your knees feel with these. There is a LOT of impact and a LOT of step. I've been changing some of the high impact moves to low impact to get though my rotation without damage!
 
Congrats on your purchase. You will love them and NEVER get bored. 10-10-10 is my personal fave because of the variety.

This set is really versatile. If I only want to do cardio I will mish mosh the two or three of the CTX cardios together. Upper body split I use a lot as well as meaner legs. You'll really enjoy this series. I keep saying one day I will do a rotation using CTX as it's designed but haven't done it yet. Enjoy!
