CTX was my bday present!!!

My birthday is Fri and I got the CTX series from my kids. So my question is this: does it matter which order I do the tapes? I'm assuming no, but thought I better ask just in case there's some theory behind the order I don't know about. Yesterday I did the AllStep/shoulders and LOVED it! Its going to fit perfectly into my schedule!

My second question is this: there have been threads on here lately talking about how they need to do a full hour of cardio to lose weight. Is that hour all at one time or would doing the CTX and then in the evening going for a half hour walk qualify as well? My body seems to be hanging on to this fat and I'm wondeinrg if its because of not doing long enough cardio.
 
I believe Cathe said that you should not do Power Circuit and Leaner Legs back to back. Should leave a day between those two because they both work your legs very hard. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that is what Cathe recommends. Other than that, I believe there is no particular order in which to do them. Have fun and happy birthday!

Yep, Cathe recommends putting a day or two between Power Circuit and Leaner Legs. And I think you'll be getting enough cardio. Have fun!
