CTX question

I just got the CTX series and it looks AWESOME!! Do all of you do it in the order it came, and for how many weeks did you do it as a rotation? I think I remember someone posting they didn't like the order they were in so they did them in a different sequence. Thank you so much for any help you can give me. Lori Darling :)

It has been suggested that you put a day inbetween Power Circuit and Leaner Legs, because they are both leg workouts.
Peronally, I mix everything up. Right now I'm using the strength parts in conjunctions with the PS series, and I might do one or two of the cardios during the week. When I first got the CTX series, I think I may have done a four week rotation with them, but I only used the cardio. There are so many different ways to use these...I'm sure others will offer suggestions!

Well, you can mix CTX up in all sorts of ways, obviously, but to start I liked to put it in order to they weight training went in my usual order: chest, back, shoulders, bis, tris. I can't recall exactly which workouts they are each attached to, but that worked really well for me. I did it that way for about 4 weeks and even though I was only strength training each part once per week, I got amazing strength gains. After the 4 weeks, when I went back to doing MIS, I was sooooooo much stronger I couldn't believe it. But some people liked to shuffle it around to they do two body parts per day after the cardio, so they hit each one twice. I'm hoping no one does Leaner Legs (aka Meaner Legs) more than once per week. If they do, they must have legs like a racehorse.

Anyway, that was the way I shuffled mine, but to possibilities are almost limitless. That's what makes it such a fun series and great buy. Have a lot of fun with it, I think you'll absolutely love it.
 
Thanks ladies for all the great ideas. I never really thought about all the different ways you could mix and match these tapes.
I do have another question though. I am fairly new to Cathe workouts since about November. I now have all but three (her first three). I am still getting used to her moves etc. My goal is to lose excess upper body fat (arms& back) as this is where I tend to have my problems. I am not sure what videos I should work with. Should I start with the CTX series and do this for four weeks or should I do a rotation with MIS, MIC, Interval max etc. These are the videos I have been doing, Circuit Max, Cardio Kicks, PS series all three, step works, step fit, powermax, wedding,& step Heat. Plus I do some Tae Bo and running. Should I do a rotationn of her other vids before I attempt the CTX series? I workout six days a week also and consider myself an advanced exerciser.(GUESS WE ALL ARE IF WE ARE DOING CATHE'S TAPES) Although someday I want to be an Amazon woman like Cathe!!
