CTX order?

When I start CTX what is the best order to do it in?

i notice that on the site here it is labeled volume 1-6.. is that the best order.. or...

i notice on the dvd's that the first one one is power circuit, which is labeled volume 5..

or does it really not matter as long as you go through the 6 of them one a day..

Really you can do whatever order you want, exxcept that Power Circuit can tire the legs, so you may want to put a day between it and leaner Legs.

Clare is right. Power Circuits and Leaner Legs can do a number on your thighs (and knees) so don't do them consecutively. Otherwise, use CTX whichever way you want. I first heard about CTX from ladies in this forum who followed the series in order and lost lots of weight doing it. I don't use CTX as is. I put together different segments of the workouts or combine them with segments from Cathe's other workouts. Beats boredom bigtime.:) I also use upper body split in its entirety than breaking down my weight work into one body part a day.
