CTX Most Intense Cardio

Hi All!
Happy Friday!

I am thinking of doing one of the CTX cardio portions followed by MM. Which one would you say is the best cardio - getting and keeping the heartrate up there?

TIA

Yep! 10-10-10. By the way that's a great workout you got planned. I'm going to do KPC (without the blasts), LM blasts and some ab work today.

I vote you do the kickbox and hi/lo from 10-10-10, follow it up with the step/interval segment from Step&Intervals, and polish the whole thing off with Power Circuit circuit segment. It's all on one DVD, so there you are.

Wow A-jock I am simply not worthy! That is one heck of a mish-mosh for a change! Me likey, me likey a lot...

Hi, Tygra! I think the mish-mosh I listed above should take about 50 minutes from warm-up to the end of the power circuit segment. If you want to do MM behind it and are a little pressed for time, omit the leg work since you get barbell and dumbbell squats and lunges in the power circuit segment.

Rose11, that's one of the things I like most about CTX - mish-moshing is terrifically simple to do. You don't even need a multi-disc changer for that one.

Good morning! I just completed this morning's workout and here's what I did -

the entire cardio fro 10-10-10,
the cardio (Up until she grabbed weights) from Circuit Max, then Step and Intervals - up to the last blast
Then I did muscle max.

This is the first time I tried any of CTX cardio ones (did leaner legs last week) and I like being able to go back and forth. I can see they'll be a great blast of cardio. I just couldn't stop previewing them today and had to do them with Cathe, instead of watching....

My SO owes me a complete 45 minute massage today (his payoff for not cleaning his portion this week - I did it for him, I'm glad I made this deal, think I'll need it later....:) :) :)
