Hi everyone,
This may have been posted before but I only started the DVD's on Sunday due to surgery and recovery time. Yesterday was All Step. My only question is regarding the shoulder shrugs in the strength part of the workout. I remember in PS CST, we do shoulder shrugs standing upright. Why are we bent over 45 degrees in the CTX series? Does this lessen the chance for bulking up in the neck? Or does it hit some other muscles better?
Just wondering and btw, I am LOVING the CTX series! Thanks in advance,
