Crunchless Abs - anyone tried these?

I saw an infomercial on Crunchless Abs workouts - has anyone tried them? Your feedback, please? Looks tempting to me.

I know what one you're talking about I just saw the commercial yesterday!
I was impressed as I have given up conventional abs a while ago...
well.. not really, I do a thorough ab workout 1 or 2 times a week, but I compliment with standing sculpting exercises.
A lot of kickbox moves are good for that, like the side crunches and torso rotations.
Janis Saffell has a 10 minute quick fix video that has a section that focuses on core--all standing!
I did that a couple times and got the hang of it now I just do my own little additions myself at the end of my cardio's or any workout.
I like them. I want some muscle yes, but I am also the perfect weight I want to be and YET I have a very high hip bone thus a couple of handles that are impossible to get rid of! I can't even keep my shirts down they keep riding up my FLAT stomache.
Grr..
So I think that exercises used to "sculpt" the area help to shed fat but doesn't build up too much around the area you're trying to lean out.
I noticed on the commercial that a lot of the exercises they use are the same as many conventional crunches, just altered to be easier to execute and more comfortable than an actual "sit-up".
Like the lower ab crunch they do on the chair (there's somehting similar to that in the 4DS core section, only on the floor.
Overall I think any standing core moves serve to sculpt and tighten the area less than build a lot of muscle (as the resistance is minimal).
I like the idea and think it's great for those that want to shed some fat or can't do a lot of conventional floor work due to back problems etc. It's a great way to strengthen the core without the discouragment that often accompanies painful floorwork.

Just a note. I ordered this, Never got the first order delivered. Was charged the full amount and had to send at least a dozen e-mails and then a couple follow-up calls to let them know I had not received it. Several weeks later I noticed a $44 debit in my checking account for crunchless abs. Their response was that the second package was initiated after I had not cancelled after receiving the first package. ARRGGGHHHHH. I have e-mailed at least 8 times on this one and sent it back with delivery confirmation. They are still claiming they have not received it yet. The matter still is not resolved and this initially began in January. The only refund I have received as of today is for the initial shipment of $19.98. Just be careful if you order this product.

Thanks for the heads up! I was intrigued by this infomercial and thought about ordering myself. Guess I will stick with the tried and true with some pilates moves thrown in for good measure.;)

I got it - I agree their customer service sucks! I've only done the first of the three segments, so far. It has some unique new and challenging moves I've not done before. The idea that it's "crunchless" is, of course, silly. The first segment is almost all floorwork. It was only $20 (because of ridiculous shipping charges), so in that regard it's fine. I would definitely try getting it from some source other than than TV - the 800 number leads you to one of those endless automated phone systems where they try to sell you other stuff. It's a horrible customer service option.

If this is the one with Tracey Mallet and if your interested I have a copy that I am trying to sell. I don't care for Tracey.

You can e-mail me at [email protected] and we can work something out.
