Just got this the other day, I really enjoyed it, another instructor, along with Sara Ivanhoe, who makes yoga fun for me.
It's about 45 minutes long, and focuses mainly on the core and lower body, and I was glad there was a modifier for some of the poses. I am really going to make a strong commitment to doing yoga, I tend to blow it off far too much, and I think my mood suffers from time to time because of it.
