Hey Cathe,
I have never actually done crossfit, but it is getting a lot of hype around my area. From what I understand it is circuit style, uses a lot of compound moves, plyo, and calisthenic exercises. Think: pull-ups, burpees, push-ups, dynamic core moves, and box jumps. I am sure you already know more about it than I do. This would be a really cool addition to traditional lifting or by itself. I would like to mix this in with the running and biking I'm doing.
Also, mixing this into a series that is all about max gains in minimal time would be amazing. I need to "get in and get out" of my workouts. I would love another split that is broken up into 30 min segments like 4DS. Think heavy upper body splits that build muscle with quick cardio that burns fat!
Although I would love to, I just don't have 45min-1hr to devote to exercise at this time in my life. So, keep me looking good and in shape until I have more time (ie the kids are older) Thanks,
