CrossFire download - no chapter points

My Crossfire did not download with chapter points. To The Max and all of the "add-ons" for both workouts have chapter points; just not the full Crossfire workout. Do I need to download it again?

Hello Sandra,

Yes, I would recommend downloading the file again. The chapter data is located at the tail end of the file, so in the case of incomplete downloads, the chapters are usually missing. We have verified that the file online contains the chapter points, so please go ahead and try downloading again. Let us know if it works for you.

I have this same problem with the STS total body workout--no chapters. Should I try the same solution? Redownload?

Yes, missing chapter points are indicative of an incomplete download. Please attempt to download the file again and this should solve your problem.
