Just when I make a decision about which workouts I want to add to my collection, I end up reading reviews on another and then can not make up my mind. So, I am going to let you all decide for me:)
I am looking for something to build strength and to shed the last couple of pounds of fat. I already have: Body Max, C&W w/IMAX 2, MIC, Gauntlet and CTX Series.

Thanks so much in advance!

I vote: Boot Camp / Muscle Endurance DVD; Circuit Max / Cardio Kicks DVD; and I-Max 3. You haven't mentioned how much dough you have to spend, so I suggest the above because:

Boot Camp has some great cardio blasts, and there is a premix dedicated to cardio only. Although Muscle Endurance is largely - well, endurance, you can build some serious muscle with it.

Circuit Max remains one of the top cardio-blasters in Cathe's whole repertoire, and good mid-range muscle conditioning as well. And Cardio Kicks is great floor kickbox-oriented aerobic work, with an awesome power drill segment at the end.

I-Max 3 has some absolutely incredible intensity blasts, which boost your cardiovascular capacity, burn tons of stored fuel / energy, AND boost your power potential in the legs which in turn helps you put more oomph into your other cardio and leg strengthening workouts.

Never let it be said I didn't spend all your money for you.

You already have some cardio workouts. You should get some of A-Jock's suggestions, for variety and to shock your body a little.

But your weight training is all endurance. To build real strength, which will greatly assist with shedding some weight and helping to stimulate that metabolism, you should invest in either/or S&H and GS DVDs from the Hardcore series.

I think we have had this conversation before? \

I still maintain that weight training with a greater focus on strength and increasing muscle mass will serve your goals way better than buying even more weight training DVDs aimed at endurance. I don't really understand why we need that much upper body endurance. Endurance is certainly great for the lower body, however, so keep up with LL.
