Creating rotations

I have a lot of Cathe videos but am thinking of doing Cathe Live and On Demand. If I do, I am kind of overwhelmed with all the options in creating my own rotations. I have always enjoyed the rotations that are already done with the programs ( RWH and XTrain for example) but haven't created my own. Any advice on how you all do this (I.e, how many cardio, how many strength, metabolic, etc a week)? Looking to lose those last 10 pounds!
 
On demand is the best thing I've ever signed up for. Cathe has rotations each month that have links to her workouts. Its a great help to follow them for a few months until you get the hang of what workouts you should be doing. Aaaaand you get to try different workouts that you may not have chosen if you made your own rotations. You wont regret signing up :)
