Creatine Recommendations

I drank Amped Power (has creatine in it) before I worked out each day this week. I love the taste, and I feel I can push harder without getting exhausted during each workout.

I've been on it for about two weeks and I would say it has increased my ability to make it through the workouts. It's only been two weeks so I'm going to stick with it.
