"Create a workout" -- cardio??

Hey Chris!

Kudos again (and again and again) on all the way cool new stuff on the WM -- awesome job! :p I am enjoying it and STS SO much!

I have a quick question. Actually, a few questions. All related. ;)

1 -- On the "Create a Workout" page, I'm trying to create and save a couple of elliptical routines that I do regularly, but I keep getting a prompt asking me to "Please select at least one exercise". But I can't, because this is just a cardio workout. How do I create and save a just-cardio workout? (Related to this, on the drop-down list of equipment used, how come it's only weight equipment???)

2 -- Is there a way to import the saved workouts that you've created into your calendar?

3 --- Once I've created and saved a workout, where does it show up?? Is it in my WM somewhere or in my profile??

Create a workout is for creating specific weight workouts where you specify the exercise, reps, weights, etc, to use.

You can add a cardio workout to your calendar by selecting the day, then click the Add Workout button to the right of the calendar.

For Select Workout, choose Cardio.
For Select Category, choose Cardio Machine.
For Select Activities, choose elliptical, general.

You can fill in the rest of the fields if you want.

Then press the save button.
