CRAZY workout!! ...

Ok, today I did this totally CRAZZZZY workout!!! Since my foot is now better, I am back into Cathe (I had to take some time and could only lift in the gym & do cardi on machines). Here is what I did...

K,P,C warm-up through high intensity drills
KM blast challenge
BC cardio only (2 times)
HSTA upper body only
BC cardio only (1 time)
HSTA upper body only
K,P,C kicking & punching combo
BC cardio only (1 time)
BC upper body premix (2 times)
decline pushups w/ planks from HSC

OK, ok, I know this was too much. I am trying all of Cathe because I typically lift heavy in the gym. This one REALLY got me good...by the second round of weights in BC my upper body was toasted!! I am not sure if I'll be sore tomorrow, but man, what a workout!! }(

WAY TOO long....had no idea of what I was really doing!!!:) I LOVE Cathe's stuff that I get lost in time. I definately need to modify things. Typically I kickbox with legs from B&G....let me know if you would like to know some of my awesomely?? HARD workouts!!x(
