Hi ladies!

Anyone have a sugar hangover ?!?!? Yowza!
I've really been good with my eating the last couple of months, but I allowed myelf to eat like everyone else last night (I was good during the day). Candy, cookies, cake, bread, dip & crackers. Yikes. I'm paying for it today!!!
At least yesterday I did Mindy's Intervals again - I've GOT to get this back to Netflix! Had a great calorie burn!
Gotta figure out what I'm going to do today...

Hi ladies. Got up and did Imax 3 and Disc 5 Back and triceps. I think it was a pretty good workout for my triceps. I've been needing to work them harder and I felt good today.

Wendy - sometimes it's nice to splurge isn't it??!!! I behaved and stayed away from candy, however, I did have pizza. I love me some pizza!!!

I did AM Yoga for beginners this morning. I didn't do to bad yesterday and I got sick again after supper.

Wendy-glad you enjoyed yourself yesterday.

Great job on post halloween workouts! I know that's not easy, I took Wendy's advice and hit it hard today, yep I endulged in goodies. I know better but I have a real achilles heel when it comes to chocolate.

Here's the workout I did in repentenace for halloween:p:


Maximum Intensity Cardio= 71 Min
Calories burned= 872
That was a toughie I had to wear my knee braces and use only 1 riser each side for the step portion. My knees and back weren't happy today so I had to modify some of the moves and the impact to make it work. But I still did the workout though, so that counts right?

STS Ab Circuits-No Equipment Abs= 17 Min
Calories burned= 99 Approx.

Roxie- great job on the yoga, that is always so relaxing and great for stretching.

Heather- Wow! You did Imax 3 and STS Disc 5 Back and Triceps!:eek High fives!!!:):D:eek: That is awesome! Girl, you are a workout warrior and making the rest of us look bad, stop that! LOL!!! I'm joking!

That's it for me today, I'm sort of checking the forums anxiously waiting to see what Cathe posts for a November '09 workout.
