I just finished today's workout and its a miracle because I have this miserable head cold and just feel yucky and want to die, ya know how that is... I'll check in now.
Here's today's workout:
According to the Les Mills Pump schedule I was supposed to walk for 45 Minutes but decided I'd do a cardio coach instead.
Cardio Coach Volume 3 Revised= 45 Min
Met Value= 8.0 I have a cold so can't go all out.
Calories burned= 492
Avg. Hear beat= 150
Distance= 3.12 Miles
Les Mills Pump-Hard Core ABS = 20 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 137
Total Calories burned= 629
This is my first week of Les Mills PuLes Mills Pump-Hard Core ABS = 20 Min

This is my first week that is done and in the books of Les Mills Pump 90 Day program. I'm really having fun and loving the great form the instructors consistantly demonstrate as well as the modifications. Cathe is a pretty tough act to follow as far as instructors go and she and her crew always 100% of the time demonstrate correct form throughout all the workouts and that does spoil me as a cathelete when looking at other instructors because not lots of them are as careful or mindful of form for themselves or those in the dvd. So LMP was nice to see both form and modifications were correctly demonstrated consistantly, love that!
Ok that's it for me I feel better after the run but still not great it would just be nice to breathe out of both nostrils normally again. Ugh! I hate having a cold. Oh well, I wish you all the best of health and a great weekend.
