Calories burned= 451 (I had to do all this on 5 hours sleep and this just about killed me, LOL!!)
Turbo Fire - Stretch 10= 13 Min

Calories burned= 35 (Stretch felt awesome, love it!)

Chris- Yes, TF Greatest HiiTs is great I really love it. It is 20 minutes of remixing of TF's favorite HiiT workouts, so yes you will recognize it but its been edited and put into one workout of 20 Min. It is different than the 20 min HiiT but does have some of that HiiTs workout in it. It's fun and I've done it several times, I'm glad I got it because I really love the HiiT workouts and the time efficientcy and intensity of it. So, to me it was worth the purchase. Nice job on today's workout with Plyo legs and then weights and plates abs but just the weights portion. Both of those are a killer workout, WTG!!
