Belinda- I've had some very good results so far with Chalene Extreme. Its a 90 day Program and I've completed 60 days thus far, I'm in the Lean Phase now which is the last part. I've lost 17lbs, 2.5 inches in waist, 1.5 inches in hips, 1.5 inches in chest, lost 2 inches in thighs and lowered my body fat percentage by 14.4%!! Great job on your run today and I've sure the dogs were happy they got their run in too!
