I just finished my workout. Did I mentioned I am watching my DD's little dog?? I took all 3 dogs for a 30 min run. They did very good! DH said when he saw me running with 3 dogs in the AOK campground, he wished he had a camera..so I can post it on the Cathe forum:eek: All dogs are beat:p

Off to the shower. BBL!

I went for a 2 mile walk with the dog this morning and now I need to work my core.

I finished my workout earlier but got sidetracked and couldn't check in until now.

Here's today's workout:

Chalean Extreme- Fat-Burn Challenge= 33 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 315

Paul Katami- KB Drills- Kettlebell Workout= 35 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 334 Used #10 KB

Chalean Extreme- Extreme Core Circuit= 12 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 82

Chalean Extreme- Recharge= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57

Total calories burned= 788;)

Belinda- I've had some very good results so far with Chalene Extreme. Its a 90 day Program and I've completed 60 days thus far, I'm in the Lean Phase now which is the last part. I've lost 17lbs, 2.5 inches in waist, 1.5 inches in hips, 1.5 inches in chest, lost 2 inches in thighs and lowered my body fat percentage by 14.4%!! Great job on your run today and I've sure the dogs were happy they got their run in too!;) Take care!
