I will do Jillian Michelas 30 Day Shred, Level 2 ,Day 6 today;)

Hi Belinda!!!

Sorry I haven't been around this week. It's just I've been devoting a LOT of time to my brother. It's an emotional roller coaster, seriously. But he will be starting hospice care on Tuesday. He's not going to get better. :(

I have kept up with my workouts though..

I RAN at the park on Monday, it was amazing! And I would have run again today, but it was raining when i wanted to. Today I did Bob's BeginnerWorkouts, which was TOUGH. Not "beginner"!!! It was more intermediate. Made me breath hard and sweat!! I did like it. Yesterday I did Supersets from Cathe. Haven't done that one in forEVER, and I fell in love with it again!! Very cool workout.

That's it for me!

Did everyone bail on our group? Debbie, how are you? Roxie?!?!, Nora??

Chris ((HUGS)) my thoughts and prayers are with you and your brother! I am so sorry you are going through this, so heartbreaking!! I been doing Jillian Michelas 30 Day Shred, it's not a joke either!

I hope Debbie and Roxie will check in soon.

Nora - what workouts did you do today?

I did JM30DS Level 2 day 6, than I did Circuit Blast " cardio only" plus Heavy bag workout from MMA Boxing. I was a sweaty mess.

Good Evening Girls,

I have been getting up at 5-6 am and going walking with DD out where she lives its near a lake pretty view and the weather has been incredible. I finished Debbies rotation and now I am doing Cathes Dec 09 rotation. DH bought me a kindle for my birthday so I have been having fun with it.

Chris-sorry to hear about you brother not getting any better.

Belinda-I tried Jillian Michaels 30 day shred but didn't like it but DD does it and enjoys it.

I just finished my workout and let me tell you it was a killer especially with a tight right hamstring, needless to say I had to modify in places and take a break stop and stretch some.

Here's today's workout:

Body Max 2- Boot Camp Premix= 78 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 799

Chris- So sorry to hear that your brother isnot going to get better, that just sucks. I know from personal experience what that is like with each separately with my grandparents several years ago. I did take some comfort in the quality of hospice care that my grandfather did receive the nurses were first rate and very helpful and pleasant despite the situation. I remembered feeling a sense of relief for the few hours a day I couldn't be there that he was well cared for and that my grandmother would be overwhelmed with his care as well. Hospice nurses rock in my book and are much under appreciated. I hope you find some comfort or relief in that.;) Its good you've kept with the workouts it really helps especially in stressful time it allows you to get rid of some of the frustration and sweat it out of your system. It sounds like you got a great workout with Bob's beginner workouts then, bravo WTG :):cool: I'm still here just late with the check in is all. Change of subject here, I did pre-order the P90X2 Base kit the other day which will be here around christmas, and shipping was free on the Pre-order only and I ordered it through teambeachbody. Roxie- Good for you on those early morning walks with your DD around the lake, sounds peaceful and cool. Ok, now I'm envious about that I'm roasting at the moment and I hate that. Congrats on your Kindle, definitely have fun with your way cool new toy! WTG Roxie, keep up the great job with those morning walks!:cool:
