CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR SEP 23, 2010

Roxie - I have done Boxing twice so I think I may end up doing the KB. Oh yes, I love working my abs unlike everyone else LOL.

Good Morning,

Tonite is HiiT 15 and Tone 30 with resistance tubing and band.

Belinda-good for you getting those abs done.

Debbie-good job on your workout. GET THOSE ABS DONE.

Melissa-be careful with those heavy wts. Have you worked your abs this week?

Heather-it is really cloudy here and a few sprinkles suppose to rain all day. You seem to enjoy KBxing and MMA better than step do one of those. Have you worked your abs this week?

From someone who has seen Heather's abs in person, you can tell she loves to work them because they are ROCKIN'...

Hi Chris! I did Meso 2 Disc 20 last night. Lots of sliding lunges going on in that one. I'll do the squat rack legs when I get into M3, which should be in a couple of weeks. How's Buddy doing? ^5's for working your abs 2x this week. Roxie will be so happy...:D

Yes, I fear Roxie if I don't work my abs twice. And I SO didn't feel like doing them today!

Buddy is doing great! He's settled in very quickly. He does not like to be alone so much, though. That is my only issue with him. He won't go out in the back yard alone (he barks if you leave him). He also pulls hard on the leash when we are in new places (the park). But he is a total lovebug!! He loves the kids and me AND my husband AND the kitties!! :)

Ohhhhh... So was it trisets for legs yesterday? I can't believe you don't have DOMS either!

Going to try to post a few pics of Buddy!

Buddy is ADORABLE!! Nice that he's fitting in so well with everyone, including the kitties. I'm sure they'll give him a smack-down if he gets out of line...;)

Yes, trisets for legs. Which I think is alot of fun, actually. It's hard though endurance-wise. It's back to back until you hit the last exercise. My heart rate gets up there pretty good with all that sliding action.

Debibie - this is how I read the rotation , I may be wrong! Wouldn't be the frist time:eek: eihter way, I don't think it matter which order you work what body part, as long as you get it in!

D1- Chest & Triceps
D2 - legs
D3 - Shoulders/traps & abs
D4 - Back & Biceps

Yea, it doesn't matter in what order you do this rotation I wouldn't think. The point is to work the specific body parts on seperate days, it doesn't matter which days they are worked.

Thanks, guys, for Buddy compliments! We just got back from an hour hike through some awesome trails at the park. I never knew there were so many woodsy trails at MY park before!

Ok - so I have decided to officially declare today as my rest day. I am going to attempt to get up early tomorrow and get triceps done and maybe Kickboxing and abs.

Chris - I have been meaning to let you know that I am so happy for you and the new furbaby. I did see you mention on FB that he's got an, um, gas issue. Might be new food if you're feeding him something different than he was eating previously?

Hi girls!;)

I have to say sorry about my not getting back to personals last night. I lost my internet connection and was not able to get it back until this morning. I finished my workout at about 1 pm today, which is really good for me.

Here's today's workout:

Turbo Fire- FIRE 30 CLASS= 33 Min
Calories burned= 383
Met Value= 8.5

STS Cardio: MMA Boxing - Heavy Bag Only= 20 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 205

Turbo Fire- UPPER 20 CLASS= 20 Min
Calories burned= 116
Met Value= 4.25

Total calories burned from this workout= 704!

Belinda- Nice job on your longer route run with the doggies today. Its good for them to even if they get their puppy butts whooped.:D Excellent job of getting done abs today on the stability ball with Core Max segment WTG!!!:)

Debbie- Wow, girl those are some serious butt kicking weights you lifted today IMHO, you rocked your workout today girl ^^^5's!!:cool: I noticed your comments on squat rack lifting without a squat rack for us girls not to lift heavier than 100# without a spotter. I agree with that totally, I think beyond 100#'s is really putting oneself at risk for major injury. I'm so glad you made that comment because I was wondering about that myself. As always, great observation and advice, thanks debbie!;)

Melissa- OMG! I didn't realize that with squat rack legs. I looked at it in my STS guide and saw that there were long sets and tons of deadlifts and that made me shy away from attempting the squat rack legs. Plus, I don't have a squat rack, but I so want to get STS tower at some point.

Heather- Bravo, on yesterdays biceps, back, and spin workout. That sounds awesome and probably did help loosen up your leg muscles and help with any DOMS. Whatever, cardio you do later I'm sure it will be a good one. Take care;):) I saw your pics from RT and girl you got killer abs, be proud of those. I like to do ab work several times a week but I don't have the six pack you got going on. I really need to focus on diet because working out is not the issue for me, I actually love to workout. Its funny, because in school I hated PE. LOL!! Look at me now with the workouts I do, my have the time changed, eh?:D ps. You'd really have fun with TF too, just ask Chris or I. I've been doing it for 13 weeks now and I still love it.;)

Roxie- I hope your enjoying TF!!! You'll get a fun and great workout with HiiT 15 and Tone 30 tonight. The HiiT workouts in TF are fun but super intense I know I am amazed that I'm still breathing without aide of oxygen doing those, LOL!! The Tone workout just feels great after that cardio, so enjoy. Keep on fighting the good fight working out!;)

Chris- Yay! You did TF Fire 60 Class and Abs 10, talk about a killer workout combo:eek: I thought it was really a great workout Fire 60 was a little tough to get all of it with the choreography, but I know I'll have it after a few more tries. Abs 10 was a good abs workout, I definitely felt those. I gotta say that the Upper Class 20 and Lower Class 20 workouts were really suprisingly effective, I felt every rep of those. I'm really glad I decided to purchase the Advanced TF workouts and I'm really loving TF, its super fun stuff and the music is awesome. I'm so glad you enjoyed the Fire 60 Class and the Abs 10 Class. I saw your pics of Buddy, and he's sooo cute you could not help but want to give him a big hug and lots of kisses. He's adorable!;) Keep up the FIYAH on your workouts, way to rock it, girlfriend!:D:cool: Oh and I agree 4 fire drills in Fire 60 I had to resist the urge to yell Medic! As a gasped for air and sweat flying. LOL!!!

Heather- Enjoy your rest day today, and get a good nights sleep. Then tomorrows planned workout with triceps and maybe Kickboxing and abs, sounds awesome to me. I like to plan out my workouts a week in advance on the workout manager and leave a little room in a couple of the scheduled workout days that I can add on if I feel up to it. I try to focus my workouts to be around 1-2hours in length sometime over or slightly under that time frame, but thats my goal anyways. Its nice to factor in some wiggle room in the workout schedule so I can addon to the planned workout. Yes, I'am crazy like that.:D

Extra hugs and hello's to Jessica I know she's training hard for the upcoming half marathon and I wish her all the best and lots of success in achieving that goal. WTG!!!!

Jolene, we're missing you girl, I hope all is well with you.

Hugs to everyone!;)

Nora
