I didn't see thread started for us so I started one. I just finished saturday's workout. So, I'll just check in now.

Here's today's workout:

KCM 30MTF- Start Here-Workout#1 Cardio w/warm up & Stretch= 35 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 287

KCM 30MTF- Body Toning-Premix- B.T.Hip Mix= 22 Min includes Abs
Met Value= 4.0
Calories burned= 120

Total calories burned= 420

Thanks for starting us off this weekend, Nora. I am such a slacker, I still have just have so much to do in the house.:confused: Today we are painting the laundry room:)

Yesterday I did KCM Start Here followed by Basic Step Abs and then 30min on the TM and a Basic Stretch. Today is TM and some kind of stretching.
