Good morning,

Not sure, if I will work out today:eek: I am not feeling well this morning, I feel like I am coming down with a cold. I am very excusted, maybe I didn't get enought sleep last night. We got home at 10:30 pm. It was a lot of fun but also a long day. I thought it was cool that ESPN played live in Grafenwoehr on Veterans Day yesterday. We gotten so many emails from friends in the US, telling us they saw DH and me on TV. I will try to get a copy, for memories:) Of course, all the sports events were Army style:D

I will try to be back later!
 
Morning ladies. I'm SO GLAD it's finally Friday. I thought it would never arrive! I got up and did Core Fusion/body sculpt and damn, you think it's going to be a walk in the park but that ab work is killer. I hope by focusing on it, I'll come away with stronger abs in a week (well not just next week but you know what i mean!).

Belinda - if I were you, I'd take it easy today. If you push too hard to get the workout in, you will end up getting sick if in fact you are coming down with something. Rest up and maybe the sickies will go away! :)

Nora - thank you for the words of advice last night. you're right. I'm not going to hop right into M2, it's smarter/safer to give it a week. I'm going to do a bunch of Core Fusion next week mixed in with a couple Ride and Kick classes and that's gonna be it. I'm trying to learn that a core fusion workout is just as good and beneficial to the body as an intense cardio class or <sigh> a run. Trying!!
 
Hi ladies. Today I did chest (3x8) and will run at lunch. Supposed to be another warm day here before a front moves in bringing rain tonight and tomorrow morning. Hope it clears out fast though. Don't need rain to be messing up my running plans :p

Flat bench flyes into press - 26's

Pushups with toes on step - 2x8

Incline flyes into press - 26's

Pushups: 4 3:1 count, 4 1:3 count, 4 2:2 count

Belinda - hope you feel better quickly. Rest up!

Tonite for me is TF 55EZ and some kind of abs and maybe a stretch. It is cold and rainy here today the high is only suppose to be 48.

Belinda-hope you feel better.

Heather-the rain is definetly on its way to you.

Jess-good job getting those abs done.

Today was Meso 2, Week 2, Disc 18, Back and Biceps. I used my Power TOwer for the first time for the pull ups/chin ups! :eek: Definitely tougher than using my weighted pull-down bar!!! really worked hard, the entire workout. It was a goodone!

Belinda: Feel better !!!! Though yesterday sounded like a TON of fun!

Heather: Rain rain, stay away! It is absolutely gorgeous here, sunny, in the mid 50's. Probably will head to the park with my Buddy doggie later! NICE chest work today!!

Roxie: Ah! 55 EZ is definitely my fave TF workout!!!! Have fun with the finales!!!

Jessica: I was eyeing those Core Fusion videos.... They seem like cool workouts. Enjoy your "rest week"... BAHAHAHA! :p

Nora: Saw you cut back yesterday on your workout. You know, you just have to sometimes! And YOU cutting back is just going to a "normal" workout day for me! But varying it up helps mix it up for your body too. ..How is your head feeling (from the fall the other day?). I bet it was bleeding horribly! Did you just loose your balance or trip over something?

Gotta run, shower, groceries, cleaning!!!!
 
Jessica - I am planning to do at least 8 tomorrow. I'll be running solo so it'll be more mentally challenging not having Jason to chat with. Sunday my sister is wanting to go run at the river trails. I think she's going to shoot for 4 and I'll probably do 5.5.

Roxie - ick on the cold rain. It's not supposed to cool down here that much thankfully. We'll be going from 80 to 60 though.

Isn't that pull-up tower the best thing ever?? Makes it SOOOO much harder!!

Back to report on lunchtime run. Today was seriously one of those "run all day" sort of days for me. Everything was just clicking and I felt great. Of course the gorgeous weather and the company and conversation definitely helped.

DH is going camping with his brother and dad this weekend so I was really looking forward to this last chance of quality time before he leaves straight from work :(

Hope everyone is having a good Friday. We're almost done with the work week!

Body Max 2- Upper Body Weights Only, and Cool down stretch= 39 Min with BM2 Abs= 9 Min
Total Calories burned= 373
Met Value= 7

Total Calories burned= 1073:eek: YAY!!!

Ok, girls I'm off to endulge in Bare Escentuals girl time bonding on QVC. Seeya at tomorrow's check in. Please forgive my lack of personals tonight. I'm sure ya all rocked your workouts today as per all your typical awesomeness.;):)

Good evening ladies,

I ended up taking a rest day today. My sinus is acting up again. Not sure, if the cold on Veterans Day had something to do with it? My head is hurting, I couldn' t do cardio, plus I was excusted. We had a long day. I realxed all day long. Felt good.

I am also sorry for no personals. I will try to do better tomorrow, I promise!

You all rocked your workouts. WTG, girls!
