This was my first time with this particular workout and I love it! This so reminds me of LIS and Intensity. This is an awesome workout so fun and its goes by fast.

Les Mills Combat- HiiT 2 Shock Plyo= 30 Min
MV= 10.0
CB= 410

Total calories burned= 809:cool:

Roxie- Please rest today its what your body needs to repair itself.

Today's workouts: Jessica's " Interval Power Walk/Jog = 35 min "+ "Quick Stretch = 14 min " and "Waistline Work" = 20 min. and JMBR#5 = 35 min.

I am going to DC this morning, I will bring my PC/workout cloth;) Today I will do Jessica's " Superset Sculpt " and JMBR #6!

Today I did Super Sets again. I upped the weights a bit and did really well with it. A few exercises still doesn't feel right with my upper back - like bent over flyes. But most of them I was able to do. I haven't really had any pain in a while, just some tightness here and there. I'm hoping it's slowly healing.

I will do SJP step only and then walk on the TM since we are having thunderstorms already this morning and do some abs.

Debbie-shoulder pain is definetly from sleeping I think its time for a new pillow. Good job with Super Sets, I was suppose to do that one yesterday but didn't want to push it.

That's it for me today, not feeling great with major fatigue symptoms, so not fun but unfortunately its par for the course with MS. I'm just grateful its not worse. Have a great day;):)

This morning I did SJP Step, Shaun T Rockin Body Mark, Move & Grove, Hip Hop Abs Last Minute Abs and 30 mins on the TM.
 
Today was cardio and I did Run Fit again. Love, love, love this workout! I did well with it and I'm finding I'm jogging much more than walking with these workouts now. I feel like when I'm walking even for the rest periods, I'm not doing enough, so I'm jogging most of it. I'm excited about this!

Roxie - That's how my shoulder issues started - my pillow. They kept getting worse and worse. I don't think that will happen to you, but just be careful. My body is obviously just tightly wound and my muscles can't relax. Hopefully you are feeling better by now!

Another week I've been MIA. Sorry. Just busy life crap.

Been keeping up with my workouts, at least. I'm finishing up Cathe's May Rotation, but also started a Peak Fit 10 Six Week Rotation. Been mixing and matching Cathe's weights and Peak Fits. Also been doing my 100 Squats a day , subbing in some Kettlebell Swings for the squats.

Roxie and Nora, hope you both start feeling better!!

Debbie, sounds like you're building up great running endurance.

Belinda, and you're plugging along with your rotation!!

I will do CK25 WK4 D1 more running involved in this week, I will also do a stretch and some abs. Workouts done.

Debbie-shoulder still giving me fits so holding off weights until next week and plan on doing alot more stretching this week.

Chris-sorry you are having such a tough time with your son. Your workouts sound challenging.

Sorry, I did not check in earlier. I'm having a really bad Post Avonex (MS Drug) Injection reaction complete with full instant flue side effects. The last three weeks on a scale of 1-10 the fatigue level has been a solid 15 and the low back pain hovering around an 8. Today, the pain and fatigue are both a solid unrelenting 15 so I was physically unable to do any cardio today. I could barely get thru the weight portion of my workout as it was.

Here's what I actually forced myself to do:

Xtrain- Bi's &Tri's-Disc #2-Premix#9 Rounds 1-7= 37 Min
MV=6.50
CB= 330:(
