I couldn't find our thread so I started one for today.

Here's today's workout that I did to make up for yesterday's rest day:

GS- Legs-Timesaver= 32 min
Calories burned= 262

Insanity- Core Cardio & Balance= 40 Min
Calories burned= 573

Total calories burned= 835:cool::)
