I did my fun workout today and had a ball. I got sidetracked helping my youngest son with a homework project that is due tomorrow, so lots of frantic running of errands an stuff today.

Here's today's workout:

Turbo Fire- Fire Starter Class = 37 Min
Met Value= 8.0
Calories burned= 404
Turbo Funstabulous!!

Hard Core Abs= 20 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 137

Les Mills Pump- Flow= 20 Min
Met Value= 2.50
Calories burned= 68

Total calories burned= 609

Ok, I'm swamped and tired today, so I don't think I'll be back for personals since its time for me to go to the staples print center to finish up Trevor's project for his marketing class. Great job on all of your workouts ladies, WTG and ^^^5's to Roxie with her PT sessions that is awesome, you go girl! Have a great evening and hugs to everyone! :);)

I did my workout before dinner and went for a walk w/DH.

Roxie - oh, yes! I got my butt whopped by Bob:eek: Sounds like your trainer will kick your butt too:p

Chris - I don't remember the last time I did GS legs:eek:Good job!

Dh called me at 5:30 this morning to wake me up so I could go to spin class and it was really fun except these two large ladies that kept yapping to each other all the way through and even yelled across the class to someone else, I asked the instructor if they were there every morning and she said pretty much and she understands how annoying they are. I forgot to bring my stats with me but we rode 12.1 miles and I burned 300 calories.
 
Hi Girls!

Wasn't feeling great today, but I did my workout. Thought I'd start with the weights, if I felt ok, I'd try some cardio. For weights I did Gym Style Triceps and then Shoulders. Abs from SJP. And then I did do the cardio. Cardio 1 from Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I really liked it! Amused by the cast and Jillian and got a good sweat!!!

Nora: Sounds like you did have fun yesterday!!! Do you think Fire Starter Class is kind of slow since you know all the moves? Or is it not all instruction? It does seem like you enjoyed it . a little. ;)

Belinda: Oh! My bottom half is talking to me about GS Legs today!! ;) Nice going on Bob!! I have to see if I have Pure Burn. Is it all cardio?

Roxie: NICE job on the spin class. I guess that's the biggest drawback with a gym. Other people. Annoying other people!!! Great job on that AND the SJP workout you did last night.

Can't wait to see what you are doing next week, Debbie!

Here's todays workout:

Treadmill run/jog to 4 songs on iPod= 15 Min
Met Value= 8.50
Calories burned= 174
Distance= 1.15 Miles

Pump Revolution= 58 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 515

Track 1 warm up w/#15BB.

Track2 Squat Track- #35BB

Track3 Chest Track- #22BB

Track4 Legs & Back- #30BB

Track5 Triceps-#20BB maybe go a little lighter next time like #15BB.

Track6 Biceps- #15BB or #15BB next time.

Track7 Squat Track- #35BB

Track8 Shoulders Track- Pushups, #5 weight plates,#25 BB.

Track9 Abs Track= No wts., then use #10 weight plate and Mat.

Track 10 Cool down/Stretch Track.
Roughly this completes 800 or so reps!! Killer!!

Total calories burned= 689 :)

Chris- Hi:) Great job on your workout today, WTG! Sorry, you didn't feel well today. I really have enjoyed and loved Turbo Fire Starter pack and to answer your question about Turbo Fire Starter class was awesome and no it didn't seem too slow. It seemed like a regular TF class as from the TF program. The moves are similar but not 100% the same and there is more emphasis on form and you will feel it and feel challenged. Chalene will break down the moves first then you do them and so forth, its not all instruction but like the TF classes from the program she'll teach you the moves then you do them a few times and then build on it doing each side left and right and move on from there. It is fun!!! I swear I sweated buckets. I think the Low HiiT's and the Fire starter class are different from the TF dvds in the whole program offered included in initial set. I think the TF Starter Pack is worth the purchase and a great and different addition to the TF initial program. I love it:):eek::cool:

Roxie- So proud of you working with a personal trainer and working hard that is so awesome! Glad you got to try out a real spin class in person it is fun. Ugh, about the two ladies that loved to talk and yell, that part sucks. Maybe try to avoid them next time and do spin as far away from them as you can by adjusting when you get there either early before them or so. Good for you not letting those two stop you from a great workout and a fun class. WTG ^^^5's:eek::cool::);) I see you went back to the gym tonight as well, love that! My plan for today is: Bob's workout #1, 30 min. That reps up week 3 of Bob's rotation, one more week to go.

Nora - you are rocking those weights, girl! What results are you seening with Les Mills?



Roxie - good job on the elliptical wo yesterday. Will you continue w/the PT?

Chris - how do you like JM' Revolution DVDs? They kinda expensive, hah? They do look amazing. I am not buying anymore workout dvds.

Workout is done! that is one tough 30 min full body workout! I saw on amazon.com that Bob Harper is selling his workouts (KB Sculpted Body, Cardio Shred, Totally Ripped Core, Total Body Transformation, Ultimate Cardio Body) for only $6, just in case you didn't find/or got them on his site;)

Have a busy day scheduled. First Aleisa and I will go shopping, lets see how much I get done in the yard:p

This morning I went to the gym and did upper body on the machines and then I came home and did abs from Basic Step then TF stretch 10 and tonite DH and I went for a 7.2 mile bike ride.

Belinda-yes I will continue with trainer we meet Wed and Thurs this week.

Nora-they were in the back corner of the class it isn't a very big room only three rows of bikes.
 
Hi girls,

I wanted to workout today, but my back was killing me. I tried using heat and even aleve but still it just hurts to even walk around, so I waited for hours. I had hoped that time would allow it to feel better but no joy, so I'm not working out today. I'll try tomorrow hoping for my back to be better.
