got all my DB's! Never got a workout in yesterday, I was so sick my legs were shaking and my head felt like it was about to explode! Not evern the meds helped. My temperature is very low too, at first i thought I was running a fever. That explains the chills I haveving. I feel like crap! Not sure, if I will get a cardio in today, but et least I will get a nice stretch in today.
Belinda: Hope you feel better! I'm sure the travel and all the work you've been doing has caught up with you. Thanks for the belated bday wishes!

I just got done with Abs Circuit Pilates Abs and now I'm heading to the park for a run. Oddly enough, no big DOMS in my lower body today from Meso 1 legs yesterday (and it was tough!!)

I caved and ordered Insanity Asylum today. I'm excited about that one and can't wait to see the 30 day hybrid workout rotation with Asylum, Insanity, and P90X all of which I have or will have once Asylum gets here. I love lots of variety and types of workouts to draw from for workouts so this will be awesome. I can't wait! I feel like a kid on christmas morning!
