I will do a workout today, not sure what yet?:eek: Need to burn some cal and stress:p

Any plans this weekend? We are going out this evening;) Tomorrow I need to pack my cloth for the RT and whatever I need while we travel. The movers are coming on Tuesday:(

Hi Girls!

This morning I subbed in Turbo Fire's HiiT 15 for Step Blast. Just did NOT have the time to do all of SB, plus I'm not really wanting to do a ton more of step due to any potential calf issues, ya know? So HiiT 15 it was! It's a great HiiT, really. The last drill with the in out in/ JUMP done 9 times kicks my a$$!!!

I also did Seg #1 of Coremax.

Roxie, that's ALOT of maxes!!! Are you doing Coremax today too?

Belinda, That is CRAZY that they said there's nothing wrong with all that shaking your doggie does. Very odd. SO they says it's NORMAL? WTH?... When things get so busy/crazy and stressful, it is always nice to get in a good cardio to feel better!!

Nora, Wow. I have not heard anything about the radiation issues in Oregon! :confused: No wonder you're upset there. I'm so so sorry you have to go through this. I bet a good cardio would make you feel better too. Hang in there, prayers and good thoughts for you and all that was destroyed in Japan!!!

Time to go throw supper in the crockpot, and then cleaning , and then work tonight! I feel good, no headache, no sickies! FINALLY!
 
I decided to do SB 1,2,3 add on and 1 challenge and then I did CM Balanced Core I wish Debbie was checking in this week I worked out everyday I think she would be proud. Monday we had snow today there are tornado warnings and watches all around us the weather here is crazy.

Chris-forgot to mention CM earlier. Sounds like you had a good workout.

Nora-sounds like the radiation is so minut its the same as being in the sun. Take care of yourself.

I just finished today's workout which is a makeup for skipping Friday's workout.

here's today's workout:

P90X- Core Synergistics= 57 min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 506

Jungle Gymn XT - Beginner Suspension Training Workout=14 Min
Body Weight
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 115

Exhale Core Fusion- Body Sculpt Segments 1 & 2= 20 Min
Met Value= 4.50
Calories burned= 123
Used #2 db's and a yoga strap and a chair. I did Upperbody sculpt and legs and glutes= 20 Min

Total calories burned= 744;)

Ok that's my workout for today, I'll be checking in tomorrow with a workout then.:)

Today ended up beeing another rest day! We ended up going out with your friends, since they are leaving for the US next week.

Nora - your workouts rock as always, girl!

Roxie - awesome job, keeping up with your workouts this week.

Chris - isn't it CRAZY? I believe she didn't watched the entire disc, just a few seconds. I am not gonna believe it's normal. I will get a second opinion. Nice choice of workout today. Good you taking it easy on that calf.
