Good morning,

My workout yesteday was a 3 mile run on the TM. Not sure, what I wll do at the gym today?

I will be back with yesterday/todays personals!

Just reporting on my workout last night. The goal was to increase weights by 1.25-2%. The sets are done as 3x5 as supersets this week. I didn't have the weighted gloves so I wasn't able to increase for all exercises.

Push ups - warm up set of 24

SS#1
Chest fly into chest press - 25's (same)
Underhand barbell row - 80# (same)

SS#2
Squats - 85# (up 10)
Stiff legged deadlifts - 60 (same)

SS#3
Hammer curls - 20's (same)
Double-arm overhead triceps extension - 30 (same)

SS#4
Static lunges - 60 (up 10)
Upright (DB) rows - 20's (same)

I did some ab exercises as well then a short stint on the elliptical. The man next to me stunk so bad I really couldn't stomach being next to him.

Today I am hoping to go for a run after work.

Roxie - looks like you had a good workout even if you didn't do the whole thing!

Nora - I had to laugh at the Lauren Brooks workout name you did. Too funny.

Belinda - good job with yesterday's run. Hope today's workout was a good one.

Chris - how are your legs after KM?

Tonite is suppose to be LIC but I am going to go for a walk since its suppose to be 70 and then do KCMs 30min BC plus bonus stretch.

Hi Everyone!

This morning was LIC, did the whole thing! I dreaded it a little, because , yes, I have some pretty decent DOMS in my legs from KM yesterday! :eek: Seems like that kind of leg work really works MY legs. I am actually thinking of sticking to this type of work for my legs, barre work, floor work, instead of going with heavy weight stuff.

Anyhow, LIC was pretty fun after all!!! I liked it alot! Roxie, I think you're missing out on a good workout, though I don't blame you for wanting to get out in that weather.

It is miserable here today (rain), but supposed to get up in the high 60's for Thurs and Fri!!! YAY!

Buddy will be a happy boy! Brought him to the park yesterday, he was beside himself. Though it was a bit chilly (breezy, 40's), he didn't mind!

Belinda: Good job on treadmill yesterday! How's the weather there lately?

Heather: NICE weightwork yesterday! It's funny, my triceps are pretty strong, but when it comes to overhead extensions, I can't go heavier than say 12/15 #'s. Maybe it's my shoulders, I don't know, but they KILL me. Not in a good/burn way either. .... Oh YUCK on the smelly man at the gym. I wouldn't be able to tolerate that for long either!

Nora: Glad you're feeling physically better!! The Japan situation is horrible. It's like a nightmare. ... Your workouts yesterday were amazing! That suspension workout sounds so cool. I saw a little bit of it online, and it's very interesting. What do you tie it up to? that would be my problem. I dont' really have anything to suspend it from.

So I'm off to shower and then off to my yearly GYN appt. Exciting! :eek:
 
Hi girls

I'm not feeling well today same stomach stuff, lack of sleep, and stress. I did try to get in some form of a workout today but not as long as I'd planned. I thought I was going to get sick during yoga I'd planned to do 40 min but could only stick it out to 30 minutes and not a minute longer, not fun.

here's today's workout:

Amy Bento - Kettlebell Dynamics- Premix- Nrg mix one= 33 Min
Met Value= 6.50 High Intensity
Calories burned= 293
Used 1- #15 Kettlebell for most of it and 2-#15 Kettlebells for one exercise.

Exhale Core Fusion Energy Flow Yoga= 30 Min
Met Value= 3.0
Calories burned= 123
I did Energy Flow, Salutations 1 &2.

Ok girls really not feeling well not sure if I can make it back for personals later, but I will try.

Good Evening,

Tonite I went for a 2 mile walk in the park and it felt good. Aunt flo hit right before I left work today and I feel horrible so I didn't know if the walk was going to happen. I won't be doing the bootcamp just don't feel up to it.
