Today will be weights at the gym. Same as last week only done as supersets and increasing the weights (though without weighted gloves, not sure how much I can increase, maybe need to lug those to the gym with me).

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is KM I am only going to do the Low Impact Timesaver. I forgot to mention when I wokeup Monday morning we had 4 inches on snow on the ground but it was 45 here yesterday so most of it is melted and today its suppose to be in the 60's. Forgot to mention Saturday when I got home from visiting my mom, sister and great nephew my new workouts were in the mail. I haven't had the time to view them yet.

Today I did the entire Kickmax! Holy cow, those high drills are INTENSE!! She fools you with the low kickbox drills first. Standing leg work burns the heck out of the lower body! I love that kind of lower body work though.

Have to run for now, will try to get back later for personals! The weather is going to be nicer today (sunny, 50's) and I'd love to take buddy for a walk at the park. For tomorrow, it's going to rain all day! :confused:
 
I haven't done the full workout in ages. I could never do all of the standing leg work!!! Killer. Hope you get to enjoy a walk.

I'm feeling much better today thanks for everyone's concern, but still stressed out about Japan. Anyways, I'll check in now.

I reallly like the suspension training it really engages several muscle groups at the same time with each exercise. Its awesome.

Belinda- I hope Browler is doing better today, and feeling like himself. Lucky you going to the gym to workout today and with your DH that's so cool, have a great workout!

Heather- Nice job with weights today at the gym, I know sometimes I like the weighted gloves and others they just seem in the way. I think it depends on my mood and how I'm able to grip things on a given day with my MS, it can vary especially in my right hand which is has nerve damage due to MS.

Roxie- Nicely done with KM doing the low impact premix. I know that's a killer with just leg work and a chair, oh man who new it could hurt like that, eh? That's Cathe workin' us hard like that.:p Its nice the temps are so much warmer today where you are to melt that snow and making it easier to drive in. I hope you had a nice visit with your mom, sister, and nephew. I hope your mom is recuperating well from her car accident. Have a great night and congrats on KM, WTG!!!!:)

Chris- Thanks for your concern yes I feel better today. WOW!:eek: You did all of KM today! I'd say that's gold medal worthy in my book of workouts, bravo!:cool::D Oh yeah, the standing leg work on KM is a killer. You totally think how tough could this be, just using a chair to stabilize balance on, LOL:!! Cathe makes us humble and whimper on that one. If you don't get DOMS on that one you aren't mortal!:p LOL:p I hope you & Buddy were able to get in a walk today. Tomorrow sounds yucky. Take care!;)
