Good morning ladies,

Today I will do a circuit workout. I will be back to catch up on personals. Happy Hump Day, everyone!

I've decided to try the Couch to 5K program. I'd really like to get to a point where I can run 3-5 miles without stopping. Honestly, I don't ever see that happening, but I'm going to try. I love sprinting because after the sprint I get to rest. I don't like thinking I have to run for this many miles without stopping. For some reason that isn't in my vocabulary and I have a huge mental block about it. So that is the challenge for myself. To be able to run 3-5 miles without stopping. I'm not going for speed, just endurance. We shall see.

So I am going to redo my rotation for next week and do 2-3 total body workouts by Cathe and then do 3 days of Couch to 5K a week. It's a 9 week program so that's what I'll be doing.

I started the Couch to 5K today just for something to do. I'll start the program over next week and that is when the rotation will begin.

Today was 60 seconds at a jog, 90 seconds at a walk. I was suppose to do this for 20 minutes but did it a bit longer. I jogged at a 4.5 mph pace and walked at a 3.0 mph pace.

CARDIO STATS:
35 minutes total
6 minutes below zone
22 minutes in zone
9 minutes above zone
1.5 miles travelled
268 calories burned

Good morning,

Circiut Blast is done. Fun stuff;) It was the first time I did that workout, really liked it!

Debbie - it's an awesome running program. You gonna like it! WTG, on your run. Are you making up a new rotation?? You mind if I join you?

Waves Hallo to the rest of the girls. BBL with personals!

Belinda - I'm just going to pick two of Cathe's endurance total body workouts a week. I may write up a concrete plan. I really want to try the new workouts, the STS one and the High Reps one. I'll add in MM and maybe Pyramids. Sure you can join me. Do you want to do the Couch to 5K too?

Good Afternoon,

We had a Medicare conference call this morning an now they are redoing the phone an internet lines so I haven't been able to get on. I went home from work with a bloated an upset stomach so I didn't get a workout in, tonite will be upper body. My legs are killing me from the plyo workout.

Debbie-sounds like a good plan.

Belinda-good job with your workout.

Hi Everyone!

Today I did STS Total Body. Phseww! Great challenging workout. I think the biggest challenge was how fast it moved. Definite cardio factor in there. I was sweating like crazy!!

Debbie: What a great plan for running and total body weights!! I love it! Will you do all your running on the TM? or outside?

Belinda: I think I may have done Circuit Blast ONCE before. I did like it too! Great idea to do the rotation with debbie too.

Roxie: Sorry to hear about your stomach issues. Do you have IBS? Hope you feel better today to get in your workout! I need to look up that KCM plyo one, in case I feel the need for a new one soon!

Nora: The Gauntlet! WOW! Did you have fun? Hope you got your rest in, I bet you're doing another crazy one today! Did you finish CLX?

So my project now is buying a new family vehicle. Going back to payments and higher insurance is going to kill me. *sigh*. But I need that new car. My Durango's breaks are making noises, and I don't want to sink money into it, it's 10 yrs old, 70,000 miles.

OMG, Roxie! I have that KCM workout! And I remember doing that Plyo workout and it KILLED my lower body in THE worst way the next day!!! I could hardly walk! LOL!
