I've been sticking with Peak Fit Challenge. I'm finishing up week #4 this week. Next week we go on vacation, and then I'll pick up the second half of the 4 weeks when we come back. Yesterday was Stretch/Core day. I did do the Dynamic Core from PF, but then did the Stretch 40 from Turbo Fire. I love that stretch! Nice and long! Today was back to kicking my buttocks, Cardio Strength 2. That was hard. But I knew that. And I got through it! YAY ME!
Belinda: AH! D2 means STS day 2! LOL!... So today is disc 3, is that lower body? Meso 1 lower body is tough stuff!
Roxie: It is super hot here too. Like walking into an oven, seriously. Thank GOD we have A/C and a pool!! Do you still get wicked sore from KCM Plyo? I jsut remember my legs DOMSing for DAYs!

Chris - you are right, it was a leg day for me today and it was tough stuff. Can't believe you already on your 4# week, wow! Where are you going and how long will you be gone? Good job with your workouts, btw!
Hey Belinda: Yep. Week 4! Crazy how time flies. We're going for a week to Lincoln, New Hampshire. it's a resort called Indian Head and we have our own "bungalow". The mountains there are amazing and there is a ton of stuff to do and see. My boys are going to be very very busy boys! .... I miss Cathe legs! But I have had ongoing DOMS from Peak Fit in my lower body. it's crazy!!
Roxie: Ah! well, you should be sporting some lower body DOMS of your own after tonight! That is a fun workout , though. Enjoy! Stay cool!
I did try to check in last night but my computer had a big crisis I had to fix I had the Blue Screen of Death, but I was able to fix it, thank goodness!
So, I did workout today and was still thinking about High Reps and Debbie's positive comments and I couldn't resist. I did High reps today and Debbie is so right its awesome! I did this workout a while ago but have been doing other rotations since that didn't have it in there so its always great to revisit High reps and love it all over again!

Ok, that's it for me today. I didn't workout yesterday but did take my dog for a walk. I took him for a walk today before I did high reps as well. I had twisted my ankle the day before doing Intensity so I had to let my ankle rest up. I'm still looking to start PeakFit Challenge Monday but would like to add 4DS weights, GS timesavers, High Reps, or CLX just the weights. Would love to hear your comments and thoughts as well..
