Hi girls!
Its been a crazy busy day for me and I didn't get more than five hours sleep, ugh. I have a bunch of chores to do tonight to get things ready for tomorrow AM when I take DH to have out patient hernia surgery. I apologize for the lack of personals lately, as I said its been crazy.
Jessica, don't you dare let your soon to be boss from hell make you work on into January since you give notice yesterday! Do not let her make you feel guilty for leaving, stick to the notice you gave, you deserve some happy down time after leaving this job behind and before you open a new chapter with this new job. Stick to you guns, girl or we'll be kickin' your tush. LOL!!

Remember on to greener pastures and a breath of fresh air and better things. Good riddance to rubish and yucky bosses.
Ok, sorry about the rant I had to be sure to let Jessica know just how happy I am for her and want her to not stay on into january. Be good to yourself and be happy you so deserve it girl!

OMG! That was challenging and tons of fun. I did the entire thing no premixes and I could feel it in my thighs and tush getting a nice toast going on there. Most of all I could feel my low back at center of waist it was just killing me doing my nemisis deadlifts and one legged deadlift variations. My low back was screaming at me. I did love the workout despite my low back pain but its a hit and miss with me and deadlifts being doable or not. I'm a Cathlete so I work through it and get it done. Love this new workout I can see this definitely getting me ready for summer. Excellent workout and love that its a challenge and tough.

OMG! LOVE THIS! I didn't get the kicking moves down but I didn't preview the workout just jumped right in. The standing core ab work was awesome, love that too! This is a must workout dvd to have in your fitness library if you love Kickboxing like I do.
