Today is Core 20 and Stretch 40. We need to put our tree up today and the rest of our decorations then I have some presents that need wrapped.

I am back to report my leg workout, worked them good! I never made it to the gym today to use the leg press :mad: but I still wanted to work my legs good, so I decited to do S&H legs first! So this is what I did today:D I will go to the gym and add a set of leg press next week.

S&H legs:

Front Lunges - 15 #
Squats - 70#
Reverse Lunges - 15 #
Static Lunges - 70#
Pile - 40#
Calf Raises - 70#

Than I did:

QUADS
Squats - 70#/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Squats - 95#/8 reps - 3 sets

Static Barbell Lunges - 80#/10 reps - 3 sets

HAMSTRINGS
Elevated Barbell Deadlifts - 80#/10 reps - 3 sets

Hamstring Curls - 45#/12 reps - 3 sets

CALVES
Barbell Calf Raises - 80#/25 reps - 3 sets

My legs are fried!
