CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR DEC 14, 2010

Well - I have about three days they have to pay me for and since the 27th is a holiday for us, I'd only have to work the 28 and 29 before I can say "eff off" to these guys so part of me feels like I should just do it and avoid more drama, but part of me wants to pay them back for treating me poorly. I know, real professional, huh?

I think there are a few GS rotations on the rotation forum. I have a couple but I think it's mixed with S&H as well.

Really, all you need to do is something like this:

Day 1 - GS Chest & Tri's
Day 2 - Cardio
Day 3 - GS Legs
Day 4 - Cardio
Day 5 - GS Back, Bi's & Shoulders
Day 6 - Cardio
Day 7 - Rest

Follow this for about 4 weeks and increase your weights each week by about 5%. I think you'd get awefully sick of GS by the time the 4 weeks were up, though. That's why I mixed it up with S&H in one of my rotations.

Thanks Debbie you are probably right maybe I should mix it with S&H and Pyramids.

I just finished the second part of my workout, so I'm all done working out now.

Here's today's workout:

STS Total Body Isolations and Compound= 66 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 541

I love this workout, its definitely a challenge and sweatfest. I've now done all of Cathe's new workouts and I love them all, but STS Total Body is just Superb, very much in keeping with STS excellence, LOVE IT!

Rapid Fire Kickbox & Core Burn-Premix#1= 30:21
warm up,KB#1,Stand alone Core Ball Abs.
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 266

This is my second time doing this workout, I explored premix #1 and Susan Chung's Rapid Fire Kickbox & Core Burn is awesome. I love Kickboxing and Core work with the Medicine ball so you know I'm loving this. This is also a sweatfest, LOVE IT!!!

Total calories burned today= 807

Today I did back & chest plus Insanity " Pure Cardio"!

BACK
Barbell Rows
- 55#/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Barbell Rows - 70#/8 reps - 3 sets, up 5#

One Arm Rows - 35#/12 reps - 3 sets, up 2#

Pullovers - 40#/12 reps - 3 sets, up 5#

CHEST
Pushups - 12 reps/3 sets

Barbell Bench Press - 85#/8 reps - 4 sets, stayed the same!

Incline Dumbbell Press - 30's/10 reps - 3 sets, up 2#

Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes - 21's/12 reps - 3 sets, up 1#



Jess - LOL, about the abs! I need to get them in tomorrow! WOW, on Kick & STS last night and STS legs/ abs! Glad you enjoy the new series. That's sucks, about the Christmas bonus. That's wrong!
