Xtrain D9 Tabatacise-remix#2 Tabatas 1-2 + Core#2= 37 Min
MV= 9.0
CB= 457
Total Body Stretching- Basic Stretching= 14 Min
MV= 4.50
CB= 86
Total calories burned= 865
That was my first time with Tabatacise and it was fun.
Roxie- Good for you with TJ nothing wrong with taking it a bit easier. WTG!! I meant to ask you how are your sister and niece I believe you said had the same thing going on as I do with normal pap and a elevated HPV test. How are they? How long or are they still having to wait six months for retesting and if so how many? Sorry, don't mean to pry just wondering since I'm having to go through this. I appreciate your sharing with me about this if you like you can PM me if you don't wish to respond on the thread. Thanks in advance.
Debbie- No worries not every workout is going to be stellar. I know I sometimes have to drag myself through it and other times I feel I could best even our Cathe so there are crazy extremes and the average feeling workouts too. I always try to give myself a pep talk that I got it and tell myself to be proud of that accomplishment. Besides, we know you are a workout rock star so no need to try to impress us. You rock so remember that!

Nora-once they had a normal HPV test then it went back to once a year. Nowadays a women over 40 doesn't need to have a pap every year, I think its now only once every 5 years.
