I finally have time to check in
I did my workouts in the afternoon, just didn't felt well

hope I am not coming down with something (saw my DD yesterday, she is sick). Felt much better after I worked out.
I did IMAX 3 "All 10 blast only" premix, 23 min ; than I did STS D9 legs with the bonus burn, following STS extendet stretch. I also walked the dogs in the morning for 30 min.
Nora - you are back, kicking some butt with those workouts. WTG!
Debbie - how are you feeling today?
