Hi and good morning,

Taking a rest day today:) DH and I will vistit my sisters today. We are going to Bamberg and Nuernberg (castle). We will stay overnight, I will be back sometimes tomorrow;) I will get my cardio/ab workout in tomorrow.

I promise, I will catch up with personals tomorrow. Have a wonderful weekend and workout, everyone!

I am so excited my new KCMs arrived last night so I can't wait to use them.

Debbie-if you checkin today I was wondering what you thought of my plan to use these I will do upper body split, lower body split, one total body or boot camp and cardio so what do you think?

Nora-thanks for the words of encouragement and usually I come home and do some kind of KBXing to help me feel better. I did not know you ordered the new KCMs until I saw your post on facebook. How is the recovery coming from your fall?
 
I just finished Gilad Vol 2 Outer Thighs, Biceps, Triceps and Abs. I want to do some cardio later. DH and I are going shopping today so that is cardio but not enough.

Ok, I couldn't stand not trying my new KCM's today so I sort of did a mish mash of them and LIFT. So, I'll check in now.

Here's today's light workout:

KCM MTF TLC Workout#1 total= 31 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 317
Wore 1lb weighted gloves on each hand. This was a Boxing workout very good and definitely got my heart rate up and in my zone quickly and my abs felt it the entire time. Great workout and fun!:)

KCM MTF LIFT- Body Refiner= 6 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 41

KCM MTF Split Sessions- Bonus Floor Work with Band= 16 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 109

Total calories burned= 467 that's ok for 53 Minutes total.;)

I'm glad that you liked my comments last night. Yes, exercise is a great and healthy way to just get rid of the stress and sort of beat up your problems riding yourself of the stress. I used to like to joke about getting a voodoo doll to do the same thing, :p. I never did that did the voodoo doll but it made me feel good to talk about taking it out on some object. KCM's TLC is great for that with all the boxing combo's, love it! I also love the other new one Split sessions and the previous two workouts Circuit burn and LIFT as well. Yes I pre-ordered KCM's new ones I couldn't resist after her kickboxing one and Circuit burn I just love boxing and kickboxing workouts. I have previewed Split Sessions and it does look like a fun one. I know she's not as tough or intense as cathe or as long either but I do like her workouts and appreciate that they are very effective and super time efficient. I hope you give your new KCM's a try and let me know what you think. I know I squeeled like a kid at Christmas morning when I got those out of my mail box. I realized that I should be getting them soon when I saw your post where you commented about hoping your new KCM's were in the mail box. I was thinking oh I should have mine too. I was thinking about emailing Kelly, but thought I'd wait another day, wait and see if they arrived and low and behold they were there. So, glad I didn't email her and bug her about them I'd of felt foolish since I did get them. Enjoy your new KCM's!:) Recovery from my fall is still on its way. I'm very sore and I feel like I was beat with a baseball bat, so not fun. I'm feeling better. Oh and I did order CLX, Insanity Fast and Furious, and TF Greatest HiiTs. I thought CLX would be good for me to follow and shorten my workout times a bit from 2 hours or so a day to a bit more like one hour and twenty minutes max. I always add on to any workout rotation I'm following on a specific program. I love the idea of working really hard lifting heavy with fewer reps for less amount of time. Then being free to add some Cathe, KCM, or something else and still get a great workout in but less overall time this may help with some of my fatigue. I am excited that CLX can help reduce up to 60% body fat, boy I can live with that big time. LOL!! I have all of the TF workouts and have the TF/CLX hybrid rotation option as well, so that's cool. I do love Insanity but don't feel that my joints could handle Asylum and I just don't have the space for it either. That's it for me now. I will rest tomorrow. I'm excited about CLX and anxious to start that when it gets here next week. Take care!;):)

Had an awesome time with my sisters, stayed longer than planed, lol!

I ended up doing 4DS "Cardio Power" premix plus 4DS LIS abs!
