Crazy strong & loviing it for Wed

:pHi girls!;)

I'm back for personals.

Belinda- No worries on the workout I understand you want to spend as much time as you can with your son while you can before he leaves for home. Enjoy your time with him.

Debbie- Whoa! Those are some serious weights girl! Your lightest was #65 which for me is alot, but your heaviest is #165:eek: Wow! If you aren't kickin' butt and takin' names I don't know who is with that workout! WTG!!! ^^^5's:D:cool:

Jessica-I was wondering how you were doing. I'm glad your ok, sorry about the crazy busy vibe at work lately, hang in there. Excellent job on the workouts you've been doing, kickin' butt big time there. WTG!!!! You're doing awesome!;):D

Roxie- Hang in there. Sometimes the scale is your friend when your not so focussed on seeing the numbers get smaller. Other times you notice yourself working out like crazy and the numbers are not going down like you'd like. The truly important thing to remember that there are huge benefits to be had from exercize and only some of them have to do with the scale. Exercise has so many positives going for it in achieving optimum health the ultimate judge is not the scale. The true judge is knowing that you are working out and doing something so positive for your body, mind, and health that far outweighs those damn numbers on the scale. So, workout have fun but don't let the scale be the main or only reason to workout. You deserve to feel fabulous, amazing, and re-energized embrace that feeling its your real reward and benefits to exercising, not what the scale says. The scale saying what you want it to is just a happy bi product and icing on the low fat sugar free cake. LOL!! You rock Roxie!;)

Heather- Another awesome weight workout today! Bravo girl, way to rock your workout on Legs/Glutes/Hamstrings and abs today!:D:cool:

Chris- I know what you mean my oldest was a freshmen in High school last year, that just so felt wrong to me it was very twilight zone for me. Now he'll be sophomore:eek: I'm still in shock now he's this super moody anti- social with the parents kid, Ugh! He's a good kid but seems to really be channelling that annoying teen thing. My other son is in his last year of middle school. I know I'll be freaking out big time when my baby starts high school. I don't even want to go there yet.:rolleyes: Excellent idea to workout and get rid of some of those nerves and freak outs. I'm glad your having an awesome time with TF! Excellent workout today, WTG. I know what you mean I love "Booty Call", "Le Freak", and "Wrapper's Delight". I remember many of the songs from my disco days. :D:p:eek:

Have a great evening girls! Way to rock the workouts today!:D:cool:;)

Hugs to everyone!:);):D

Nora

Good Evening,

Late checkin DH and I went for a nice long bike ride and then we did some running around buying bike gloves and he bought me some new workout clothes and a milage counter for our bikes. We had to try a couple of different trails some were closed due to the storm blowing trees over.

Stats:
49 min
306 cals burned.

Don't know the rest of the stats because I had to do my hr monitor twice.

Nora-thanks I try not to get on the scale but just thought I would peek not upset about the wt. just the bf% going up 4% is huge for someone who is not very tall.
