Hi Ladies. I can't believe no one started a thread today. Got to Topeka. Did run 30 mins before dinner. Felt great after being in a car 8 hours. Tomorrow I have a full day, but will likely hit the treadmill. Friday we head back so that'll be my rest day.

I can't believe I'm the second to check in for today.

Here's what i did:

iTread 20Min Set6 plus 1 song= 23 Min
Calories burned= 319
Distance= 2.08 Miles
bpms= 120,143,144,152,150,154,160,161,130.With the exception of the first bpm and the last one all the rest are in the 80-90% of my Max HR.



STS Meso1 Disc#5 Back & Tri's= 58 min
Calories burned= 450

My right hand is weaker so I had to lighten up on the dumbell weights. I have trouble maintaining grip with that hand or feeling sensation with that hand at times. so, I did do the workout but had to modify for my MS issues. :(
