I didn't see a thread for us so decided to start one. Tonite for me is KCMs Train Like a Contender workout 1. I wanted to get up early since DH is out of town this week but I didn't sleep well but I do plan on getting up tomarrow.
 
Today was total body. Had a pretty good workout. I am only working out 4 days this week because I have some plans at the end of the week. So I'm choosing the two total body workouts I want to do. I was suppose to do the 18 rep workout but nope, not doing it.

2 sets/12 reps with 1 minute 30 second rest between each set.

Pinwheels - 20's
Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extensions - 20's
Declind Dumbbell Flyes - 25's
Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 20's
Plie Squats - 45#
Dumbbell Front Raises - 10's
 
Hi Girls!!!

I got canceled from work last night (low patient census) ALL night long! It was awesome, since I hadn't slept well Sunday during the day and I was feeling pretty wiped out.

So today I did Plyo Leg Disc #29. Great workout, as Plyo legs ALWAYS are! I added on Coremax Seg #1 (no equipment). Got in there good!

I'm thinking of loosely following Weight Watcher's Points Plus program for a bit. Still trying to eat similiar to the Flat Belly Diet guidelines too. My biggest issue is the weekends. I really need to get them under control!!! Ugh.

I'm also going to challenge myself to do Yoga and/or a walk ,every day (except when I'm working). One or the other, or BOTH! I've been talking myself out of walks way too much lately. I need to get out there (and Buddy needs to too!)

Hallo girls,

Since last night I am in Atlanta, Ga. We will stay until Thursday, than off to El Paso. I could have started our thread this morning, but started chatting with our friends instead. We didn't get to talk a whole lot last night, DH and I were burned out from the flight. We will stay in Ga a few days, then we will drive to El Paso TX, to sell our house.

I did P90X Shoulders/biceps & triceps! That's all I had energy for this morning. I will try to run outside with our friend Jimmy tomorrow, not sure how that will turn out. Ga is hot and the humidity is gonna kill me:rolleyes: My head /sinus is also killing me since yesterday, not even the meds help.

I will try to be back later and catch up on personals!

Tonite I did KCMs TLC its boxing drills and Cathe has nothing on her tough workout and its going to take me a couple of times to learn it, so the cal burn wasn't that great.

Roxie- Yay! You did Train Like a Contender, Bravo!!! I really like the boxing ones and think they are fun I also lover her Circuit Burn, that's got a bit of boxing in it too! Great workout for you today, so glad you gave it a try, its fun I know it takes a little bit to get the rythm of punches down at first but its still fun. WTG!!:cool:;)

Debbie- Nice workout today with total body weight work. I hope you have fun this weekend and no worries about workingout four days this week, you need a break and I say go have fun. WTG!!!;)

Chris- Its great you had an unexpected night off and got to sleep. I bet that was great! Nice workout with STS Disc 29 Plyo Legs and Core Max segment #1. Great killer workout today, and great night's sleep a nice surprise. WTG, girlfriend, awesome job on your workout. I think Plyo Legs are fun but tough.
