Hi Roxie! Hi those who follow...
today for me was cardio, I did a Turbo KICK (one of Chalene's from Powder Blue, very similiar to Turbo Fire). It was 47 minutes, and then I did 20 minutes of abs. Some abs from TK, and then did Weights and Plates from Abs Circuit. Those plates at the end, forgetaboutit!! Crazy tough!!
Nora: Again, thanks for the links from yesterday. I guess there's not really a CLX/P90X Hybrid, Huh? BOth are really strength, aren't they? Not sure you could combine them. You had an AWESOME workout yesterday, and KICKASS results from your new eating and exercise regimen!!!! I'm so proud of you!!!!
Roxie: The KCM's 30 minute workouts sound really good! You said you really like the Kickboxing, and the weight ones seem good too? I might put those on my list!

Oh, I added on The extended stretch from STS this afternoon, instead of a walk. It's raining out, and apparently is going to rain ALL week. Literally ALL week. Sucks big time and I know I'm already getting down![]()
