Crazy Strong and Loving It May 17th

Hi Roxie! Hi those who follow...

today for me was cardio, I did a Turbo KICK (one of Chalene's from Powder Blue, very similiar to Turbo Fire). It was 47 minutes, and then I did 20 minutes of abs. Some abs from TK, and then did Weights and Plates from Abs Circuit. Those plates at the end, forgetaboutit!! Crazy tough!!

Nora: Again, thanks for the links from yesterday. I guess there's not really a CLX/P90X Hybrid, Huh? BOth are really strength, aren't they? Not sure you could combine them. You had an AWESOME workout yesterday, and KICKASS results from your new eating and exercise regimen!!!! I'm so proud of you!!!!

Roxie: The KCM's 30 minute workouts sound really good! You said you really like the Kickboxing, and the weight ones seem good too? I might put those on my list!

Debbie: How are you feeling? I hope you find some inspiration!! and feel "it" asap!!

*waves* to Jess and Heather and Belinda!!!! :):)

Oh, I added on The extended stretch from STS this afternoon, instead of a walk. It's raining out, and apparently is going to rain ALL week. Literally ALL week. Sucks big time and I know I'm already getting down :(

Chris-I am seeing great results using KCMs workouts the wt. ones have different premixes so you can do a full body or break it up into different body parts. I have her step workout but haven't used it much same as her bootcamp. There is one that only uses your body weight and trust me your legs will feel it overall I am really happy with her workouts short and efficient. Its suppose to rain here for the next 4 days.

Chris,Yes there is a Turbo Fire/P90X Hybrid rotation. Here's the link: P90X® Worksheet Download - Fitness, Nutrition, Diet, Weight Loss Official Web site Its at the bottom of the page. I hope that's what you are looking for. I'm sorry I didn't know you were wanting a TF/P90X one. Yes its there, if you can't view it go to beachbody.com, then click on P90X newletter, then see the right hand side of your screen it shows P90X workout sheets and on the bottom row is TF/P90X Hybrid, also has P90X/Insanity Hybrid also.

Take care!;)

Cool, Roxie! Those workouts sound really good! I like KCM too! (I have a few of her older ones).

Nora: NICE workout today!! Love all of TF, LOVE THEM!!! . I also find when I do traditional abs, I get the most sore the next day, it's weird. I was actually looking for a CHALENE EXTREME and P90X combo rotation. I don't know much about Chalene Extreme, though. This was for a friend. I do have P90X that I've never done. I may try the rotation with TF for myself, that looks cool! I also meant to comment on the 10 Minute Trainers. They do sound cool for an extra quick calorie burn. I'm tempted too!!! Have fun with Asylum!!

;)Chris, There is no CLX/P90X hybrid workout they are similar in nature in that they are both more strength based and have some cardio in there. But CLX is intense and circuit style with slow and heavy emphasis in about 32-46 Minute workout lengths. P90X is much longer about 60 min to 75 Min in length. I've done P90X and like it but its hard to fit in that much time a day plus cardio which made my workout time about 2.0-2.50 hours a day to fulfill my workout needs. CLX is superintense with slow-n heavy circuit style of weight lifting working multiple muscle groups at once. Its super time efficient and fun. I don't feel like I need to add more strength workouts after doing a CLX lifting workout. I like CLX and is time efficient and effective, I'm liking it. I still like P90X but I've needed to cut back on my marathon workout sessions as it was just wearing me out and not helping in my efforts to lose weight and get fit. Thats just my opinion. ;) I know alot of people have commented that CLX is the first program they could do the entire 90 days and still enjoy it and want to go beyond the 90days program. Its great time wise I can do a CLX weight workout and still get in a cardio workout as a add-on and squeeze in some abs and do it all in 75 minutes Max or less. I love that and its helping me to feel more rested, have more energy and I'm getting results. In thirty days completing Burn Circuit 123 phase, I've lost 15 lbs and reduced my body fat % 5.9% and lost some inches as well all just in the first 30 days. You can check out Burn Circuit 1, it was a free bonus with Turbo Fire. So watch that workout or better yet do it, and see what you think.

Hugs!;)
