Crazy Strong and Loving It for September 27, 2009

Hi ladies. Eeked out Disc 18 (biceps/back) this morning and stability ball abs from Basic Step. Tried to go a lot heavier with biceps so by the time I got to the concentration curls, well, those just sucked. I felt like a major failure and was very frustrated with myself. Not my best workout.

Now I'm waiting on DH to get himself together so we can run. Was planning on a long run, but I don't think I have it in me. My asthma is sort of affecting me and I'm feeling pretty short of breath. It's just so pretty out finally so I'm going to give it a go. It'll probably be no more than 30 mins and an easy pace. I need that though.

Where is everyone this weekend??? Hopefully it means you guys are all have way too good of a weekend to mess with the computer ;)
